The front office staff was so helpful and friendly. The room are clean and the facilities are awesome as though it is not a 2 star hotel. Everything is inside the room hair dryer, iron, iron board, mineral water, coffee tea facilities. Next time I'm going to stay there again. The location middle of the town very easy access to bus terminal, Pasar Payang. There is a cafe nearby the hotel called Uli Cafe owned by the local Trengganu people that serves delicious pizza and also beverages such ice latte Americano.

I appreciate that it has its own parking space, near to the famous Nasi Kerabu, and hassle free. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We were transiting from one destination to another, so its perfect for us to rest before continuing with our journey the next morning. Our booking is inclusive of breakfast, but we didn't try it. So no comment there. It is disabled friendly as the building comes with elevators.

There are free parking lots. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good. The breakfast was nice. The room services were also good. We ordered dinner in; it was reasonable and tasty. It was much more convenient to order dinner from the hotel restaurant than having dinner out as most of the restaurants nearby were closed early.

I didnt expect it would be one of the best stay in Terengganu. Its include breakfast which is delicious. Free parking and located in the centre of Kuala Terengganu. Just a walk to Dataran Shah Bandar and pasar pasang. Around 6 minutes to Jambatan Angkat and near to Istana Maziah. Very good experienced for me. The staff also friendly and nice!

Secondly, the hotel itself is very clean and has big rooms that include all needed things. Lastly, the staff are very kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel when one visits KT.
