Comfortable, cold air cond, tv channels okay, breakfast provided is basic but taste good enough. Suitable for working travellers who need quick breakfast before work.

the price, the location. very near to everything. parking space is the best since local council is strict with parking tickets. if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to pasar payang but make sure to bring your wagon or cart for the shopping

First of all, the location of this hotel is truly amazing. It's next to Masjid Abidin and the bus terminal station of KT. Secondly, the hotel itself is very clean and has big rooms that include all needed things. Lastly, the staff are very kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel when one visits KT.

There are free parking lots. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good. The breakfast was nice. The room services were also good. We ordered dinner in; it was reasonable and tasty. It was much more convenient to order dinner from the hotel restaurant than having dinner out as most of the restaurants nearby were closed early.

I didnt expect it would be one of the best stay in Terengganu. Its include breakfast which is delicious. Free parking and located in the centre of Kuala Terengganu. Just a walk to Dataran Shah Bandar and pasar pasang. Around 6 minutes to Jambatan Angkat and near to Istana Maziah. Very good experienced for me. The staff also friendly and nice!
